Our bar soaps are made in small batches and take a minimum of 3 weeks to become ready, or safe, for use.  Therefore, it is important to know that some soaps may not be available at the time that your order is placed.  If this is the case, you will receive an email informing you of your soaps' "cure" date.  As soon as your soap is "cured" it will be shipped immediately.  If there are other items in your cart which are ready for shipment, these items will ship as usual.  There will be no additional shipping cost applied to your order for the curing soap. 

 

Due to our recent product growth and demand please allow a 3-4 day turn around time for all shipments of our natural goods(this excludes uncured bar soaps). However, please know that it is our goal to get your products to you as soon as possible.  In some instances, your order may ship the same day, or the next day.

     We are pleased to offer another payment option for your convenience.  Customers are now able to pay by electronic check(ACH-Debit) securely.   We are able to accept out-of state checks sent to us by mail(along with your order).  Once we have successfully processed your paper check, we will ship your order, along with your receipt.   Orders paid with paper checks sent via U.S. mail, or submitted for (Florida store pick-up/delivery option only),will  be processed prior to the release of any products.  Dai Ware Naturals, LLC is not liable for NSF(Non-Sufficient Funds) which may be assessed to the customer(by their financial institution) for lack of available funds at the time of purchase/attempted purchase.  Dai Ware Naturals, LLC does not impose any fees  to customers for "declines" on ACH-Debit requests for purchases.  By offering this secure payment option, we can continue to keep operating costs down and our prices low. We are not able to process electronic checks by phone at this time. 

 

 

     We gladly accept written checks.  When you pay with a check you are authorizing us to use the information on that check to convert it into a one time electronic funds transaction.  You will not receive your check back from your bank.  Note that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment.  For inquiries, please call, 1-888-831-6295.

 

     Currently, all bank debit/credit card transactions for Dai Ware Naturals, LLC are processed, exclusively, through Pay pal.  No customer banking information is retained or visible, to Dai Ware Naturals, LLC when processed on our secure website through Pay pal checkout.  We are able to process on-demand debit/bank card transactions by phone.  This is at the discretion of Dai Ware Naturals, LLC. We do not retain any credit card information, nor do we store personal banking information.  We are a Paypal Verified Merchant  and have entrusted Paypal with this legal responsibility.
